Submitting the enquiry form on this website is completely free. No payment is collected online — this site does not process any card, UPI or netbanking transaction.

Booking amount

A vehicle is reserved only after a booking amount is paid at our showroom (or by an approved bank transfer to our account) and a booking receipt is issued in your name. Only a signed receipt confirms a booking.

Cancellation and refund of booking amount

You may cancel a booking any time before delivery by informing us in writing (a WhatsApp message or email to the showroom is enough) along with your booking receipt number.

If you cancel within 7 days of booking and the vehicle has not been invoiced or registered in your name, the booking amount is refunded in full.

If you cancel after 7 days, or after the vehicle has been allotted and moved to our stock against your name, a handling charge of up to ₹1,000 may be deducted to cover documentation and logistics.

Once a vehicle has been invoiced, temporarily registered (TR) or registered with the RTO in your name, the booking amount is not refundable — the vehicle stands purchased and only an exchange or resale can be discussed.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the same bank account or payment method used for the booking, within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Cash bookings are refunded by bank transfer for audit reasons.

For vehicles funded by a bank or NBFC, any disbursed loan amount is returned directly to the financier as per their process, and their timelines apply.

Accessories, insurance and add-ons

Fitted accessories are non-refundable once installed. Unopened and unused accessories can be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice.

Insurance premiums, RTO fees, registration charges and other government levies are non-refundable once paid to the respective authority or insurer, and are governed by their own rules.

Extended warranty and AMC plans are refundable only as permitted by TVS Motor Company's terms for that plan.

Delays and price changes

If we cannot deliver your chosen model or colour within the committed period, you may switch to another available model or cancel the booking with a full refund of the booking amount.

Prices are as prevailing on the date of invoice. If TVS Motor Company revises prices, taxes or subsidies (including EV subsidies) before invoicing, the revised amount applies. You may cancel with a full refund of the booking amount if you do not accept a price increase.

Service and repair payments

Charges for completed service jobs, labour and consumed parts are not refundable. If you believe a job was not carried out as promised, raise it with the service manager within 7 days and we will re-inspect the vehicle free of cost.
